California SB1343 Employee Sexual Harassment Prevention DVD Training

Did you meet your California January 1st, 2021 deadline to implement Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for all non-supervisor employees!

Starting in 2019 Employers with at least five employees must provide at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to all non-supervisory employees and 2-hours for supervisors in California within six months of start of employment. The training must also be provided once every two years. The deadline to comply is 01/01/2021.
