Florida Mandatory Posting Updates
09/2025 - Minimum Wage- Florida Commerce has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $14.00/hour for non-tipped employees and $10.98/hour for tipped employees, effective September 30, 2025.
Florida Non-Mandatory Posting Updates
10/2019 - Reemployment Assistance Program -The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity has updated their Unemployment Compensation Program notice. The updated notice reflects that in order to be eligible for benefits, employees must now apply for benefits and register for work online using the new websites provided. They must also have a sufficient history of employment and wages. In addition, the notice reflects a change in the program's name to the Reemployment Assistance Program.
