  • 02/2026 - Earned Income Tax Credit - The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Earned Income Tax Credit notice. The updated notice reflects a new adjusted earned income tax credit for the 2025 tax year. In addition, the notice has been reformatted.
  • 12/2025 - Minimum Wage - The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Minimum Wage notice. The updated notice reflects an adjustment of the state minimum wage to $12.77/hour, effective January 1, 2026.

Virginia Non-Mandatory Posting Changes

  • 08/2024 -Veterans Benefits - The Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has released their Veterans Benefits notice. A new law recommends that employers post a notice in the workplace containing information on the various benefits and services available to veterans.
  • 09/2021 - Unemployment Insurance Benefits - The Virginia Employment Commission has updated their Unemployment Insurance Benefits notice. The updated notice reflects a change of mailing address for the Commission. The poster revision date is September 22, 2021.
